The golf course is currently in excellent condition, thanks to the hard work of our grounds team. A special highlight is the successful completion of the project on hole number nine, which is now fully dried out and playing as a par five. Your committee has scheduled our Club’s Annual General Meeting for Wednesday, 28 August 2024 @ 18h00 to be held at our clubhouse.
Full playing members are encouraged to attend. If you cannot attend you are encouraged to use a proxy form as a method of member inclusion. Proxy forms, available at the club and attached below, should be emailed, or delivered to our General Manager not later than the day before our AGM. For logistical reasons, proxies will not be accepted on the day of our AGM. Kindly note that only full playing members may vote at our AGM.
We are extremely proud of the growth in our membership. To date, we have over a thousand members. We welcome all new members and thank all our loyal members for their continued support.
Please note that from 1 April 2024, Knysna Golf Club will move to a cashless payment system for all transactions on the club premises and no cash will be accepted at any till points across the club. The decision has been made with the safety and well-being of our members, guests and staff in mind, but also to make payment an easier and more pleasurable experience for all of you.
